STATE PARK TO HOLD FLORIDA ARCHAEOLOGY MONTH EVENT

FERNANDINA BEACH – The Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s Fort Clinch State Park will offer guided tours of Fort Clinch and a chance to experience an excavation by professional archaeologists on March 8. The excavation will take place at Fort San Carlos in historic Fernandina Beach with trolley transportation provided between Fort Clinch and the excavation site.
